On 29th and 30th of November, EnergyVue‘s President, Jon Curtis, will be attending the Society of Petroleum Engineers International‘s workshop on the Impact of Digitalisation on Drilling Operations at the Kempinski Al Othman Hotel, Al Khobar, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
During Session 4: Advanced Technologies for Data Management on the 29th. Jon will give a presentation focusing on the implementation of Open Standards and their key role in the efficient transfer of data between remote sites, service contractors, and Energy Asset operators.
His presentation will cover the development of standards around real-time data transfers used during the Well Construction process, and how these are now rapidly changing in the emerging Energy Industry Transition landscape.
